General Terms and Conditions

1. About these terms and who we are

1.1 These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, our Cookie Policy, the specific terms of each promotion and the rules of each betting and gaming product (together, the "Terms"), form the agreement between you and us. They cover exitobet.com.py, including its subdomains, and any other domain or mobile application we operate under the EXITOBET brand (together, the "Site"). When you register you are asked to confirm that you accept the Terms by ticking the acceptance box, and you cannot open an account without doing so. By ticking that box you confirm that you have read and understood them. The Terms also apply to telephone bets and to bets and play through mobile devices and apps. Acceptance of the Terms is obligatory in order to use the Site.

1.2 EXITOBET (the "Operator", "we", "us", "our") is a brand of West Energy S.A. This website exitobet.com.py is authorized and regulated by the National Gambling Commission (CONAJZAR) under CONAJZAR Resolution No. 23/2019 and Law 1016/1997.

1.3 We provide online casino and eSports betting at exitobet.com.py.

1.4 "You", "your", "player" or "customer" means any person who uses the Site or our services, and any registered EXITOBET customer.

1.5 We may change the Terms from time to time, including to meet legal and regulatory requirements. Section 16 explains how we tell you about a change and how you accept or refuse it. The current version is always published on the Site. If a change is unacceptable to you, stop using the Site and close your account. Each clause stands on its own; if one is held void or unenforceable, the rest stay in force.

1.6 These Terms incorporate: the betting rules; the rules of each casino game, found within the game; the Privacy Policy; the Cookie Policy; the specific terms of each promotion; and any additional end-user terms we ask you to confirm from time to time.

1.7 We are committed to good customer service and to responsible gaming (see section 8). We will make reasonable efforts to enforce our responsible-gaming measures, but we are not liable where you deliberately evade them or where we cannot enforce them for reasons outside our reasonable control.

1.8 When you place a bet you confirm that you are of legal age, that you are betting voluntarily as a form of entertainment, that you accept you may lose money, that you are not aware of the outcome of the event, and that you are betting for your own personal interest and not as part of any organised syndicate or betting scheme.

1.9 We do not give tax or legal advice. Apart from any tax we must withhold under Paraguayan law (clause 6.14), it is your responsibility to declare and pay any tax, duty or levy due on your deposits, winnings, bonuses or account balance.

1.10 Where you access the Site, you are responsible for checking that doing so is lawful where you live. Our services are not an offer or invitation to bet where that is illegal.

1.11 Payments to and from your account are processed by our payment service providers, which are shown in the cashier.

2. Your account

2.1 To use our services you must have one account ("Player Account") in your own name. You may open it yourself online, or an authorised agent may open it for you on our behalf (see section 20); either way the account is personal to you and you are responsible for it. We may refuse an application at our discretion. Where a registration is refused or an account is closed, obligations we have already entered into will still be honoured.

2.2 You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age for betting where you live if that is higher, and legally able to enter a contract. Persons under 18 may not play, in accordance with Paraguayan law. If we find an account holder is under age, the account is closed, deposits are returned, and any winnings are void.

2.3 The Site is for entertainment. Any use for another purpose is prohibited.

2.4 When you open a Player Account you warrant that: you are of legal age and have capacity to contract; you have not been excluded from gambling (for example self-excluded or blocked); you have not had a Player Account closed for a Prohibited Act; you will give accurate registration details, at minimum your correct name, date of birth, country of residence, current address, email and personal phone number, and keep them current; you open the account for your own personal use and act on your own behalf, not as agent for a third party; you will not sell or transfer your account, or acquire another person's account; and you are not prohibited for any reason from betting with us. Where we ask you to provide or confirm an identification document (your Paraguayan cƩdula de identidad or, if you are a foreign national, a valid passport), the details you give, including your document number, must be accurate and match your account.

2.5 At registration you choose your own password. We recommend a strong password (a mix of letters, numbers and special characters) and advise against personal information or common words. Always log in with your registered email or username and your password.

2.6 You must keep your login details secret and confidential. You are responsible for every bet and all activity on your account. Do not write down or share your password, and change it periodically. If an authorised agent opened your account, change your password on first login and keep it secret; from that point the account is yours to control. Tell us immediately if you know of or suspect any unauthorised use or breach of security so we can suspend the account. Any use of your login is treated as your use, and you are responsible for it until you notify us.

2.7 You may hold only one Player Account. If we have reason to believe you have registered or used more than one account, or are colluding with others using several accounts, we may treat them as "Multiple Accounts" and suspend or close them.

2.8 If we close Multiple Accounts: all bonuses, bonus bets and winnings from them are void and cancelled; and we may, at our discretion, cancel all winnings and refund deposits, recovering any amount due directly from any of your other Player Accounts.

2.9 An account is "inactive" during any period with no successful deposit, no bet, and no play on any Casino, Poker, Games or Bingo product. If an account stays inactive for a continuous 365 days, counted from the date you registered or from the last of those activities, whichever is later, it is treated as dormant. If the balance is zero it is closed with no fee. If there is a positive balance, we make all reasonable attempts to contact you using your registered details, and after at least 28 days from that first notice we deduct a monthly administration fee of 5% of the balance at the time it became dormant, every 28 days until the balance reaches zero (the account then closes) or you reactivate it. You reactivate by a successful deposit, a bet, or playing any Casino, Poker, Games or Bingo product. You may ask Support to refund an administration fee. Once the balance reaches zero we may close the account permanently.

3. Identity checks and anti-money-laundering

3.1 We are an obliged entity under Paraguayan anti-money-laundering law: Law 1015/1997 and the regulations of SEPRELAD (the Secretaría de Prevención de Lavado de Dinero o Bienes, the national anti-money-laundering authority). That law and the gaming rules require us to verify your identity and, where needed, the source of your funds (the "Checks"). You agree to provide promptly any information we request, including, but not limited to, proof of age and identity and, where needed, certified documents. Until the Checks are completed to our reasonable satisfaction we may restrict your account in any way we consider appropriate, including blocking bets or withdrawals. Where you register or transact through an agent, an agent may collect these documents on our behalf, but the Checks remain ours in full (see section 20.5).

3.2 Anti-money-laundering law requires us to identify and verify you against an official document, to keep a copy of it, and to keep records of your transactions for the period the law sets. We may ask you at any time to declare your identity, address, occupation and the source of your funds, and whether you are a politically exposed person (PEP). We report transactions to SEPRELAD where the law requires it. Where the law requires it, we may suspend your account or withhold funds, and the law may prevent us from telling you the reason.

3.3 Confirming ownership of a phone number by one-time code (OTP) confirms the line only. It is not identity verification and does not satisfy the requirements in clauses 3.2 and 3.4.

3.4 To verify your identity we ask for your Paraguayan cƩdula de identidad or, if you are a foreign national, a valid passport, and proof of address no older than 3 months (for example a utility bill or bank statement).

3.5 We may also request, without limitation: payment-method evidence (a bank statement, bank account details, or card copies showing only the first six and last four digits with the CVV hidden); a certified or notarised copy of any document; a photo of you holding your ID next to your face; the signing and return of a contract or similar document; and information on your occupation or source of funds. The documents we ask for may depend on where you live, and we decide at our discretion what is needed to complete the Checks.

3.6 We monitor all bets and transactions. Depositing funds obtained unlawfully is prohibited. Where we have reasonable grounds to suspect your account is used for anything other than lawful betting, we may ask further questions, return deposits to source (or to a bank account in your name), withhold payment of your real-money balance without giving a reason, close or block the account indefinitely and report it, and assist any criminal or civil proceedings. Suspicious activity is reported to our compliance officer, who reports it to SEPRELAD as the law requires.

3.7 We may share the information you provide with authorised credit-reference and fraud-prevention agencies to confirm your identity and card details, and we may process and record it as set out in the Privacy Policy.

3.8 We screen the information you give us against international sanctions lists and against lists of politically exposed persons, both when you register and from time to time while your account is open. Where a screening result requires it, we may restrict or close your account and report the matter to the relevant authorities, and there are cases where the law prevents us from telling you the reason.

3.9 If you close your account, or we close it, we may re-confirm the identity information we already hold before we release your balance. We will not ask you for any document or information that we did not already ask for while your account was open, unless anti-money-laundering law strictly requires it.

4. Deposits and payments

4.1 Deposits are made through the channels we make available to you. Depending on your account, these may include the online cashier (for example card or other online payment methods) and, for agent accounts, cash paid in person to an authorised agent (see section 20). Available methods, fees and requirements vary by time, country, brand and provider. Minimum and maximum amounts are shown in the cashier, or set by your agent, and may differ by the method used.

4.2 Deposits are credited once payment is processed. We do not extend credit, do not pay interest on deposits or winnings, and are not a bank or other financial institution. You may not transfer funds between players or between accounts; this does not prevent an authorised agent from processing your cash-in or cash-out on our behalf (see section 20).

4.3 If a deposit is later reversed or charged back by the card issuer, we may temporarily suspend the account for suspected fraud or a stolen card, and may at our discretion suspend or cancel bets already placed.

4.4 Third-party payment fees (charged by banks, card providers or processors) are your responsibility.

4.5 By choosing a payment method you accept its terms and any charges, and you confirm the method is valid, belongs to you, and that you may use it.

4.6 We treat every deposit as made with the intention of betting on the Site. We may ask about the extent of your intended play. If we reasonably believe you are depositing without any intention to bet, we may suspend or close the account and report it to the relevant authorities.

4.7 You can view a summary of your account (deposits, bonuses, winnings and withdrawals) at any time, and can ask Support for your betting transaction history. If you spot an error you must tell us at once so it can be corrected, and in any event within 90 days of the date it first appeared on your account statement.

4.8 Client funds are held separately from company funds, with arrangements to return client balances in the event of insolvency. This is a protection, not an absolute guarantee that all funds will be repaid.

4.9 Where you deposit online, you may deposit only from a payment method of which you are the named holder. You may not use a third party's method, a method not in your name, or a business or corporate account. If we find a deposit was made from a method that is not yours, it is invalid: we may void the deposit and any winnings derived from it, and may suspend the account. This clause applies to online payment methods; cash paid in person through an authorised agent is covered by section 20.

4.10 If you cancel a deposit, or a third party reverses it, we may void any bonuses, free bets and winnings credited as a result of that deposit, where we reasonably believe the deposit was cancelled so as to void the bets it funded.

4.11 You must tell us if your payment-method details change, if a card is lost or stolen, or if you are the victim of identity fraud on a payment method, so we can protect your account. Out-of-date details may cause your bank to reject deposits.

4.12 Your account is held in Paraguayan guaranĆes (PYG, Gs), and every balance and transaction is shown in guaranĆes. Bets are placed and settled in guaranĆes, and any winnings are credited in guaranĆes. Where a payment method works in another currency, including a cryptocurrency, we convert the amount at the rate applying when we process the transaction, and the rate and any conversion charge are shown to you before you confirm.

5. Placing bets and playing games

5.1 A bet is valid and binding once placed and cannot be cancelled except as stated in these Terms. If a bet is placed or a hand is played from your account, it is treated as yours and is valid. We may reject or limit any bet, and we will not accept a bet unless there are sufficient funds in your account to cover it. We do not extend credit. If funds are credited to your account in error, you must tell us without delay, and we recover them by adjusting the account.

5.2 Play takes place over the internet and mobile networks, which are known to be imperfect. If you are disconnected before a game starts, the game does not take place. If the game has already started, it is recorded on our servers and settled there, and if you win the amount is credited to your account. In the event of a disconnection, the records stored on the game server are the final authority for the terms and circumstances of any bets placed.

5.3 We may, at any time and without notice, stop offering an advertised game and withdraw a scheduled gaming activity. Started-but-incomplete games are then cancelled and stakes returned.

5.4 We are not liable for betting errors where we have reason to believe any of the following has occurred: an obvious error or typo in a payout table or other typographic or photographic error; bets accepted in error on a closed or suspended market; a technical error affecting the bet; or another human or system error by an employee or contractor. We set the minimum and maximum stakes on all events, which may change without written notice, and we may adjust individual account limits.

5.5 Where a bet is cancelled under clause 5.4, the bet, the stake, any bonus received and any winnings already accrued are void, and the account returns to its pre-error balance (the balance before the incorrect betting activity, less bonuses received and winnings from them). Where the error is attributable to our suppliers or other third parties, clause 5.6 applies.

5.6 We may limit or refuse any bet. We will not impose such a restriction on a player who, before being told of it, has placed valid bets toward a bonus wagering requirement, as that would materially affect their ability to complete the qualifying bets.

5.7 Our games are fair. Casino games and every other game whose result is random use a random number generator that is independently tested and certified, and the result of each round is produced by that generator and recorded on our servers. Bets on events, including eSports events, are settled on the official result of the event, as set out in the Betting Rules. Live-dealer games are settled on the outcome of the physical game round as recorded in the studio. Where your record of a result differs from the result recorded on our servers, our record decides, and any difference is investigated under section 11.

6. Withdrawals and limits

6.1 You may withdraw your real-money deposits and saved winnings at any time, provided that: your identity and your current ID document are verified and your email or phone is confirmed; you have made at least one real-money deposit; all deposits are confirmed and have not been reversed or cancelled; and there is no open investigation into a game defect, and no reason to believe a Prohibited Act (section 9) may have occurred. For agent accounts funded in cash, withdrawals are requested, paid and collected as set out in section 20.4.

6.2 Withdrawal requests are made from the Withdraw section of the cashier and are paid through the method used to make the request; for agent accounts funded in cash, an approved withdrawal is paid in cash through an authorised agent (see section 20). The first time you request a withdrawal your account must be validated, meaning we have confirmed your identity. You do this in the account-verification (KYC) section of your player settings, where you upload the documents we request; if you cannot find it, our live-chat support will guide you through it. Later withdrawals do not repeat this. Where you deposited by card, we may also ask you to verify that card by sending a copy that shows only the first six and last four digits, with the CVV covered.

6.3 Before approving a withdrawal we may ask for legal identification (for example a certified copy of your cƩdula de identidad or passport, or similar), and may run a phone, facial or other verification to validate the account.

6.4 We assess a withdrawal request on the next business day (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays excluded), and may extend that period if we consider it necessary. Once approved, we pay within a maximum of 3 business days. The expected processing time for each individual payment method, for deposits as well as withdrawals, is published next to that method in the cashier and on our payment methods page.

6.5 Your account holder name must match the name on the withdrawal method, or the request might be denied.

6.6 You must report any amount credited to your account in error; winnings from an incorrect balance are void. If we transfer or deposit to you, in error, amounts that are not yours, we deduct them from your account balance, or, if there is none, you must return them within 5 calendar days, failing which we may take legal action to recover the debt. If your balance is negative (for example after a settlement correction) the account is blocked until you top it up to at least zero, failing which we may close it.

6.7 You must make all payments to us in good faith and must not reverse, or cause a third party to reverse, a payment to avoid a liability. You will reimburse us for any chargeback, denial or reversal and any resulting loss.

6.8 EXITOBET does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. There are, however, special exceptions where a fee may apply to your transaction. These may include a minimum withdrawal amount, a fee where a deposit is withdrawn without being re-wagered (an anti-money-laundering measure), an administration fee on a high number of withdrawals in a month, a fee for a manual withdrawal we make on your behalf, and a fee for a chargeback, denial or reversal. In all such cases we will inform you of the fee in advance, or it will be a visible part of your deposit or withdrawal process.

6.9 Withdrawal limits that apply per transaction and to the specific payment method are shown in the cashier and may change from time to time. Some limits may depend on your balance relative to your deposits or on other factors. If you reach a limit, we let you know with a pop-up at the point of the transaction that would exceed it, and you are welcome to contact us if you would like us to raise it. We may approve a higher amount on request, and may run extra verification on any payment, large or small. Progressive jackpot wins are not capped.

6.10 Where possible we pay a withdrawal back to the same method you used to deposit. For agent accounts funded in cash, withdrawals are paid in cash through an authorised agent (see section 20). Where neither is possible we contact you to agree an alternative, which must still be in your name.

6.11 We may refuse or reverse the withdrawal of deposited funds that you have not wagered, and hold them, until our checks on the source of those funds are satisfactory, even where the deposit was made and a withdrawal requested without any play.

6.12 Our security team may cancel or pause a withdrawal while we carry out additional checks. We return the funds to your account pending the outcome, and if the investigation finds an irregularity we may withhold them. You remain responsible for the funds in the meantime.

6.13 We return funds only to the source they came from. Where that is not possible, because the payment method, bank account or wallet is closed, suspended, lost, unavailable, no longer supported or subject to sanctions, we contact you to agree an alternative that is still in your own name, and we may run further verification before we pay. Where you deposited in cryptocurrency, we return the funds to a wallet you control on the same network. If that network or token is no longer supported, if it has forked, or if the address is blocked or sanctioned, we may either pay the balance in guaranĆes by another method in your name, or hold the balance until a lawful route to pay it exists. We are not a bank or other financial institution, we pay no interest on any balance, and we do not carry the risk of a change in the value of a cryptocurrency while a payment is in progress.

6.14 Winnings may be subject to tax withheld as required by Paraguayan law.

7. Bonuses and promotions

7.1 Bonuses and promotions are governed by the specific terms of each promotion, which form part of these Terms. Before you take part in a promotion we ask you to accept that promotion's terms, and you can read them in full, without any time limit, before you accept.

8. Responsible gaming

8.1 We support responsible gaming. Gambling should be entertainment, played within your means, not a way to make money or to chase losses. Set time and money limits, keep gambling in balance with your other interests, do not play when stressed or under the influence, and take breaks.

8.2 If you believe gambling is negatively affecting your life, we are here to help. Our Responsible Gaming page, in the footer, lists the organisations that can help you.

8.3 We are committed to providing a healthy and safe environment. Our support team, on live chat 24/7, can help you set a limit, take a break or close your account temporarily. For more information, please visit our Responsible Gaming page.

8.4 To self-exclude, for the period you choose or permanently, contact our support team on live chat, available 24/7. Self-exclusion takes effect when we receive your request and cannot be reversed during the period you chose, for your own protection. While you are self-excluded you cannot manage your account or place bets, and we send you no marketing. Winnings from bets you placed before the self-exclusion but which are settled during it are credited to your account. You may not open a new account during self-exclusion; doing so breaches these Terms and may lead to a permanent ban of your original account. To read more about self-exclusion, please visit our Responsible Gaming page in the footer.

8.5 You must be 18 or older to use our service; persons under 18 may not play, in accordance with Paraguayan law. Keep your login away from any minors around you, and consider parental filter software to stop minors reaching content not meant for them.

9. Acceptable use and prohibited conduct

9.1 You agree not to take part in any of the following. Fraudulent activity, including: colluding with others to gain an unfair advantage (including through bonus or incentive schemes); registering false or misleading account details; acting, or trying to act, in any way we reasonably consider unlawful, in bad faith, or intended to defraud or evade a contractual or legal restriction, whether or not it actually causes us harm; and using a VPN or proxy to hide or alter the identity or location of the device you connect with.

9.2 Taking unfair advantage, including: exploiting a flaw, gap or error in our software or a weakness in the Site; and using third-party software or analysis systems, including artificial intelligence, software that allows play without human intervention (bots), and software that makes decisions automatically. Where we suspect you have used any of these, we may hold the funds in your account until we have verified your identity and the information you have given us, and we may refuse to pay winnings or void a bet, or part of a bet, at any time including after the bet was placed.

9.3 Multiple accounts, criminal activity (including match-fixing, manipulation or misuse of inside information, cheating, bribery, fraud or conspiracy), and breaching the rules of the governing body of a sport or eSport. Each of the acts in clauses 9.1 to 9.3 is a "Prohibited Act".

9.4 A Prohibited Act is a serious breach of these Terms. We will take all reasonable steps to prevent and detect Prohibited Acts and to identify those involved. Where we have reason to believe you have committed one, we may withhold all or part of your balance and recover from your account, or any duplicate account, any bonus, payout or winnings affected by or attributable to it. You indemnify us against all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses arising directly or indirectly from your Prohibited Act. These rights are in addition to any others we hold.

9.5 Betting-specific protections (palpable error, maximum payout cap, late betting and latency, arbitrage and matched-betting limiting, correlated contingencies) are detailed on the Betting Rules page and cross-referenced here.

9.6 We provide live chat to reach Customer Service. It is recorded, logged and moderated, and it must relate to our services. We monitor, log and record chat and messaging activity alongside your betting and account activity in order to detect collusion, unfair play and fraud, and we may use those records as evidence. Do not spam Customer Service or send repeated copies of the same message. Abusive, offensive or threatening language is not accepted, and you may not make false, malicious or damaging statements about us on any channel or forum. Where you behave in any of these ways, or where we find collusion, unfair play or fraud, we may suspend or close your account, withhold or forfeit winnings under clause 9.4, and report the matter to the relevant authorities.

9.7 Where the integrity of an event, or of any part of it, is compromised, or where we reasonably suspect that someone has acted to influence its outcome against the applicable rules and official regulations, or where evidence calls the fairness of the event into question, we may void any bet on that event and suspend payment of winnings on it. Stakes on voided bets are returned to your account. Where we find that a player, alone or together with others, deliberately exploited such a situation, we may suspend that account or permanently prohibit that person from using our services.

10. Closing an account

10.1 You may close your account at any time by contacting Customer Service. You can read more about account closure in our separate Privacy Policy. We confirm your request in writing within 2 business days and tell you what happens next. Where we do not suspect a breach of these Terms, we close the account and pay your available funds, less any third-party charges, within 5 business days of that confirmation, once any verification still outstanding is complete. On closure, funds other than bonus money are returned to the source they came from: the bank account or online method used to deposit, or, for agent accounts funded in cash, in cash through an authorised agent (see section 20); where that route is not available, clause 6.13 applies, including for funds held in cryptocurrency. If you are not satisfied with how your closure or your funds were handled, you may complain under section 11. If you have breached these Terms, we may claim back winnings paid or set them off against your balance.

10.2 We may restrict your access, suspend or close your account, withdraw betting offers, and void any pending, unmatched or combined bets, at our discretion, where: we have reason to believe you have committed a Prohibited Act; we are required to by any applicable law, rule or regulation, or by the police, a government or regulatory authority, or a court; there is a material technical failure that prevents us offering the services; you do not give us, within a reasonable time, the information we need to provide the services; we suspect you may be bankrupt or unable to obtain credit; you are barred from betting under a term of your employment or a sport governing body's or professional body's rules; a bet is placed on an event you take part in (or a team or competitor you are connected with); or we suspect you have materially breached these Terms.

10.3 Where we close or suspend your account for any of the reasons above, you indemnify us, and our officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers and service providers, against all losses, expenses, damages and costs resulting from your breach, and we may void any bet or other activity and withhold all amounts otherwise payable to you (including winnings, bet credits or bonus payouts).

11. Complaints and dispute resolution

11.1 Support is available 24/7 via live chat and by email at soporte@exitobet.com. You can make a complaint through either channel. Do not spam Customer Service or harass or abuse staff, and please raise concerns without obscene or threatening language.

11.2 To file a formal complaint, give: your full name, address and country of residence; your account number (if applicable); the date of the complaint and of the disputed event; a detailed description of the problem with its category (deposit, withdrawal, bonus, technical, compliance); and any supporting documents.

11.3 You may complain about any aspect of your account or play, including: account access and KYC (closures, restrictions, verification, minors); payments and balances (deposits, withdrawals, treatment of balances); agent conduct (a cash-in or cash-out handled by an authorised agent); promotions and terms (bonus terms, unfair terms); game and technical integrity (alleged errors or unfairness in results, technical or software issues, fraudulent play); and compliance and player protection (responsible gaming, AML concerns, data protection, fraudulent practices, licensing or regulatory concerns).

11.4 We aim to acknowledge a complaint within 24 hours. We prioritise responsible-gaming complaints because of the potential impact on player wellbeing, and aim to resolve them within 5 business days. Within two days of receiving a complaint we confirm receipt in writing, explain how it will be handled, and give an estimated resolution time. We assess and respond within 4 weeks; if the complaint is complex or information is missing this may be extended once, by a further period, with prior written notice. If a delay is caused by your slow or absent response, the resolution period may be extended accordingly.

11.5 If you are not satisfied with the answer to your complaint, you may ask us, through live chat or by email, to escalate it for a final review, after which we send you our final answer in writing. If you are not satisfied with our final answer, you may contact the National Gambling Commission (CONAJZAR).

11.6 Where the result of a game recorded in our database differs from your record, our recorded result is treated as valid. You may not discuss a pending or processed complaint in the chat rooms.

12. Prizes and contests

12.1 The odds or winnings for any game are set out in the game rules or, for a promotion, in that promotion's terms. Where a contest runs separately from the games (a "Prize Contest"), we contact the winner to confirm their address before issuing a prize, and the winner must respond and confirm it. Tax on contest prizes is the player's responsibility, apart from any tax we must withhold under Paraguayan law. Where a prize includes travel, you must hold all-risk travel insurance, at your cost, as a condition of claiming it. A major prize announced in one currency may be reduced if claimed in another, due to exchange-rate movements. Our suppliers, contractors and employees may not play with EXITOBET, and we may investigate and report any winnings by them where fraud or manipulation is detected.

13. Liability

13.1 To the extent permitted by law, EXITOBET and its affiliates, employees, agents and service providers are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or our services. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights you have under Law 1334/1998 on Consumer and User Protection.

13.2 We provide the Site and our services as they are available from time to time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or timely access. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from outages, data errors, third-party payment or software failures, communications disruptions, or a mistake made by a live dealer or studio operator, and in that last case the game round is corrected or voided under clauses 5.4 and 5.5 rather than compensated. Where a discrepancy exists between your device and our server, the server record is final.

13.3 Any amount credited to your account in error, regardless of cause, remains our property, constitutes a debt immediately due to us, and may be reversed or deducted without notice. Amounts already withdrawn must be returned on demand. You must notify us immediately on becoming aware of any erroneous credit. We accept no liability for any consequences of your use of funds you were not entitled to receive.

13.4 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EXITOBET, its affiliates, officers and employees against all claims, losses, liabilities and costs, including legal fees, arising from your use of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or your provision of false information. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by our proven negligence.

14. Intellectual property

14.1 All Site content (text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads and software) is owned by or licensed to us. You may access, print or download parts of it only where expressly permitted and only for personal, non-commercial use. Site content may not be altered, distributed or displayed without our express consent.

14.2 Our trademarks, trade names and other symbols (the "Marks") are protected by national and international trademark law. Any use of the Marks without our prior written approval is prohibited, including any use likely to cause customer confusion or to disparage us. You gain no rights in the Marks or any other Site material, and breach may give rise to liability for damages.

14.3 If you post material on the Site (including comments, suggestions, bug reports and design ideas), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, modify, incorporate and reproduce it in any form, and you waive all moral rights in it.

14.4 The Site may link to other websites. We do not endorse them, are not responsible for their content or policies, and accept no liability for loss from your access or use of them; you access third-party sites at your own risk. We may remove any link at any time.

15. Privacy and data

15.1 We are committed to protecting your privacy. We process your personal data under our separate Privacy Policy.

16. Changes to these terms

16.1 We may amend these Terms at any time. Where we do, we notify you in advance, and the notice tells you which clauses have changed, summarises any material change, gives the date the new version takes effect, and links directly to it. A material change takes effect only once you have accepted it, and we ask you to accept it before you carry on using your account. A change that is administrative and does not affect your rights takes effect on the date given in the notice, without a further acceptance step. No change applies to anything that happened before it took effect, unless the change does not disadvantage you or we are correcting a clear technical or drafting error. If you do not accept an amended version, you must stop using the Site and contact Customer Service to close your account and withdraw your remaining funds. The link at the foot of the Site always shows the current version, and any previous version is available on request. We may also change Site content at any time without notice.

16.2 We review these Terms regularly and update them to reflect changes in the law and in regulation.

17. Force majeure, entire agreement, severability

17.1 We are not liable for any failure or delay in meeting our obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of nature, utility or power failures, war, terrorism, riot, civil unrest, strikes or labour disputes, court orders, and internet or telecommunications outages, delays or interruptions.

17.2 These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site and our services, and replace any earlier agreement. You acknowledge that we have made no representation, promise or agreement not set out here.

17.3 If any clause is held unlawful or unenforceable, it is severed and the remaining clauses stay in full force. We may assign or transfer this agreement; you may not.

18. Governing law and language

18.1 These Terms, and your access to and use of the Site and our services, are governed by and construed under the laws of the Republic of Paraguay, including Law 1334/1998 on Consumer and User Protection, without effect to any conflict-of-laws principle. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Asunción, Paraguay.

18.2 These Terms are drafted in Spanish. Where a translation differs from the Spanish version, the Spanish version prevails.

19. Where the service is not available

19.1 Residents of the following countries are expressly prohibited from using the Site and playing the games we offer. By registering you confirm you are not resident in any of them: Australia, China, the United States, France, the Netherlands, Israel, or any other jurisdiction where your participation conflicts with applicable law or any rule relating to online gaming. It remains your sole responsibility to understand the laws of where you live; you access the Site on your own initiative and are responsible for complying with local law. We do not warrant that the Site or our services are appropriate or available in your location, and we give no legal advice on the matter.

20. Agent accounts and cash transactions

20.1 An "Agent" is an authorised person or outlet who handles cash payments, deposits ("Cash-in"), withdrawals ("Cash-out") and the player balances connected to them.

20.2 An authorised agent may create a Player Account for you and pass you your login credentials. The account is personal to you: you must check and keep your registration details accurate, secure your login (clause 2.6), and you are responsible for all activity on the account. We may ask you to complete or confirm your details online.

20.3 You may deposit by paying cash to an authorised agent, who records the equivalent to your account. Cash-handling times may depend on the agent, and minimum and maximum amounts may apply. A cash deposit is treated, like any deposit, as made with the intention of playing (clause 4.6).

20.4 Where your account was funded in cash through an agent, an approved withdrawal is paid to you in cash through an authorised agent, subject to the same validation, limits, fees and checks as any other withdrawal (sections 3 and 6). You may need to collect it in person and show identification.

20.5 An agent may collect and forward the identity documents we require, but the identity and anti-money-laundering Checks in section 3 remain entirely ours and apply in full. We may still ask you directly for documents or source-of-funds information before completing a cash-in or cash-out.

20.6 Complaints about an agent are handled under section 11. Handing cash, documents or your login to anyone who is not an authorised agent is at your own risk.
